Community Guidelines

Last updated: August 2026

Paddlemap exists so pickleball players can find courts, see who is playing, organize games, and build local communities. These guidelines are shorter than the Terms of Service. If they conflict, the Terms control.

Encouraged

Be friendly. Help people find a game. Share accurate court information and useful photos. Report wait times honestly. Welcome new players. Compete with respect.

Not allowed

Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual harassment, explicit sexual content, exploitation, doxxing, sharing private information, impersonation, scams, spam, illegal activity, dangerous behavior, malicious links, repeated unwanted contact, fake check-ins, fake court information, inappropriate images, and copyright infringement are not allowed.

Public groups

Group owners can moderate their groups. Group rules cannot override these Community Guidelines. Paddlemap can remove groups, content, or accounts that break platform rules.

Reporting

Use the in-app Report control on a player, message, court, photo, or other content. Tell us what happened. We review reports and may act without notice for serious harm.

Blocking

You can block another user from their profile or from a conversation. Blocking limits their ability to interact with you.

Enforcement

We may remove content, warn you, restrict features, remove you from a group, suspend your account, or permanently terminate it. Serious violations can lead to immediate action.

Appeals and contact

If you think we made a mistake, email hello@paddlemap.app from the address on your account and include your username.
